It's the worse post office long lines no good costumer service always seems like they're in a rush

Their service is terrible. Even when I had a problem about not precise delivery and damaged box, supervisor was too busy to take care of this serious problems. Is it worth to pay for insurance and tracking number for these service? When I go usps at Summerlin, they are very professional!

The wait times are way to long, when there is only one person helping the people on line there should be at least two or three at a time so that the line dose not have to be out side the door, the comfort can be better in the summer time. I come from back east and I have never seen anything like it , I will only rate this location one star. It needs a lot of improvement.

Zero stars for zero service. Via phone, confirmed by email, certified letter will be delivered next day. Never happened. Five days later I went to web site, again had confirmation (via email) that letter would be delivered the next day. Never happened. So I went to PO in person. Lady at window said certified letter no longer there. It had been returned to sender. I showed her the two emailed confirmations of next day delivery. She said, "That's only from a computer." !!! As noted, zero stars for zero service.

20 minutes on the phone before I gave up trying to contact someone to find out about a problem with my mail delivery.

These idiots are so incompetent. I ended up missing a package that I had to sign for. I opted for redelivery service. I never got the package delivered the next day. I called and spoke someone and he assured me that the package would get delivered the next day. The next day came, and still no package. I called this place again and he tells me that they'll redeliver it the next day for sure. This is the most frustrating garbage that I ever had to deal with. The package was supposed to be delivered on the 17th of August. And here it is the 21st and still no package. This place is ran by completely unprofessional imbeciles that need to get laid off.

Meh Its just a post office. Our post office was switched from the one on Decatur to this one. Its busier than the other post office, but they do try and keep up with the line. Location is understaffed at ALL TIMES. only 2 workers helping with general post office stuff and only 1 person available for package pickups+helping elderly and handicapped people. What else can we expect, budget cuts mean longer lines and less staff to help us.

The postal service in general in Las Vegas can improve. I miss the postal services back on the East Coast. When you call for general information you end up being on hold for to long a time I care to be on the phone. If I were back East N.Y. & N.J. so far I have been on hold for 10 minutes,

Don't go to this post office for anything unless you have at least an hour to spare. There is always a line out the door even if you arrive when the doors open. BTW, the direct number to this post office is not the one on this posting.

our mail box was broke in, and we dont have any idea when they gonna fix it or where is our mail, mail man wont even knock your door and say heres your mail, we will fix your mail box next month. nobody cares anymore.

I have lived in this area for 30 yrs.these is the second time they [us post office] have changed my post office area. and they can't figure out why there broke ! There's to many chiefs and not enough Indians

I went in this post office today to get change of address forms & the guy was very rude. I asked him for 4 forms & he said he could only give me 2 & that the "other ppl" would have to come to get their own. I didn't think there was a limit on the forms that could be given out so I called customer service & I was right, customer service said there's no limit on the forms that can be given out. This guy needs TO GET A LIFE...it's not like the amount of change of address forms given out are going to affect his job or something....SOME PPL.
