The postal clerks are very helpful and friendly. Good to see smiling faces

The worst customer service ever especially the Chinese (?) old guy in the front desk. I was wondering why is he working there he can't speak english well and yet rude to the customers.

Slowest service I've ever seen. Came to pick up new mailbox key. Was 12th in line. Been standing here for a half hour. Now 8th. Special window for pickups only. No cash transactions. Saturday 10/29. 1pm. Our government at work.

This the worst post office, bad costumer service, they make your life a living hell, they lost my cetified letter after i waited in line for 45min and when they found it they didnt call me as promised and i went their they made me wait in line another 35min!!! Been going here for years and they are always rude

I have never seen such disgrace in a post office. They use all of their powers to make your life hell. They are not satisfied until they have accomplished this and more. Only the lowest of life can work at this place as that is their career goal.

"The Gates of Hell" I call this place - and it is inhabited by the biggest collection of incompetent people I have ever seen; not only are they incompetent but also indifferent!! I HATE this post office with a passion!

Westgate Station NEVER answers their phones!! They have one lady who is sooooooooo rude and nasty when she speaks to people in line that it is disrespectful !! For someone who is representing not only a business but the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT---shame on her !! Not only once have I been there when her rudeness has occurred but 3 times! Let's hope "one bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch ! "
