I would never recommend the Heights of Summerlin for anyone. The administrative manager and the admin. people are uncarring. The food is the worst and the rehab people broke my mothers foot. When I tried to get her back into hospice they said they didn't want her because we complained about her foot. Once you have compalined and you need to go back they will never accept you. The place is nice looking but that's it. My Mother had a gallbladder attack and the CNA never wrote it in and she had a stroke two hours later. One of the CNA's threw her almost over the bed and she hit her head and hand. They keeped the CNA and never checked her out before they hired her. She get pneumonia and CD two times there. Be wary puting your loves there.

LPNs and CNA's are not supervised appropriately by supervisors. patients are not attended to immediately when they need to go to the bathroom or in pain. people are always speaking their own foreign language all the time.
