I create fun, educational, and innovative health & fitness experiences to help women evolve into awesomeness! I offer personalized 3 and 6 month health coaching and personal fitness training programs for brides-to-be, called ‘Get into Your Dress Without Stress!’, that includes Kitchen audits and shopping sessions. I continue working with women from pre-pregnency to being a new mama, with my exclusive group training program called ‘Evolving Mama’s’.
