Solid place to live. Not much noise. Cool neighbors. Room are in god shape. Felt safe the entire time. I constantly saw the security guards walking around. The front desk people were very nice. I should be here for a while.
I stayed there for 2 weeks before I bought my first home. I have no problems to report. Staff was nice. Rooms were fine. Hardly any noice in my section of the apartments. Just the occasional kids running around.
The best weekly rates that I have ever seen are at sportsman's. I have lived in plenty of weeklys over the years and this place offers the best rates and best service of them all.
I have really enjoyed my time here. I have lived here for like 4 months and it has been great. My neighbors are people who generally care. Something you don't see much anymore.
I think what it is is that people look at the old reviews and judge based on them. Yeah this place used to be a dump but it's not any more. It's clean, the people are nice, the staff has been more than welcoming, and they have top notch security.
Ive stayed at Sportsman's during the good and the bad. They have really cleaned up the place and are working hard to maintain that cleanliness! They have great security and are extra tough on new renters. They don't just let anyone in.
Had a great experience there. Yes there were some bugs in my room and the neighbors were a little bit loud at time, but the staff was awesome and very accommodating. I am sure I would stay there again.
This place went from crap hole to very nice in the matter of years. I guess they are now certified crime free which is crazy to think about. Def see less police action here
I have been living at Sportsman's for over 4 years and they have done a lot to fix it up. They put in a park, painted the entire complex, hired new management, redid the rooms, and have been kicking out the trouble makers quickly!
I very much like my stay here. I have been living here for many weeks and have no problems. I have made friends with many people including staff who take nice care of every person on property. I like this place very much.
From reading these reviews I thought it was going to be a horrible experience but wow it's been great. I guess from talking to residents who have been here for a while they have really put the pedal to the metal as far as cleaning the property up the past few years. The grounds are clean, the pool is great, the new rooms look nice. All in all, it's very nice.

I have been living at Sportsman's Royal Manor for almost 5 years. I have seen the good and the bad, the ups and the downs. The property over the last two years has been at it's best. New rooms, new security, and management has cracked down on shady tenants. I hope they continue to do great work because I really enjoy it here.
I really appreciate how acoomidating the staff has been. It was a rough year in 2020 for my family and myself. They were really nice.
My stay at sportsman's has been fine. Nothing really to complain about. Rates are decent. Rooms are nice. People are pretty cool. Staff seems alright. Security is always around and never slacking. It's not the perfect situation but this place is better than the other suites I"ve been at by far.
I wasn't expecting much when i first checked in to sportsman's but what I got was pretty good. The rooms while having furniture that's a bit dated look like they have new flooring. The buildings look like they just got a paint job and the pool and new park were clean. I can't say that about other extended places I've stayed. Sportsmans seems like they are actually trying.
They have fixed up the property very nicely since I have been there last october. The staff has always treated us with respect and we would stay there for longer if we needed.
While I have been there since October of 2019 they have painted the buildings, put new flooring in, put in a beautiful park area and really cracked down on crime. In fact they even got certified crime free by Metro which is insane to think about. They have done a great job fixing this place up.
After I sold my home I needed a place to stay for a few weeks before moving. A friend told me about sportsman's so I gave it a shot. I have had nothing but good experiences here. The staff is great, rooms are nice, security is on it.
