Filthy and uncaring are the two words that sum up this dump! We had just visited Las Vegas 2 weeks ago, our first night was spent at the Hilton, our room was so filthy, carpets dirty and stained, smelly pillows. We requested non smoking only to get a smoking room, we didn't notice til the next morning, there were ashtrays in the room, but the smell of the room screamed SMOKE, it stunk! I could hardly sleep because of the smell, but my husband and son were fast asleep so I toughed it out. We called Housekeeping first thing in the morning and the housekeeping manager couldn't get over how dirty the carpet was, she felt bad for us. They keep the rooms so dark even in the day time so you can't see the filth. We complained checking out and talked to the front desk manager and you might as well have spoke to a Zombie and got more of a response out of them, THEY DIDN'T CARE!! I told them "Why don't you spend a night here and see how clean your room is?", they ignored me. Don't stay here!
