Definitely a ZERO star experience (less than that even). I went in 8/29/19 to get a mani/pedi for an upcoming trip that I have this weekend. I saw they had a good deal where I could get both for $30. I signed in and let me tell you that it was the worst thing that I could have ever chosen to do. The work that was done on my hands & feet was abysmal. A blind 4th grader with a nervous tick could have done a better job than this lady (Kim). The pedi was awful, not a spa pedi in the least. My feet were all dry (which they never ever are-especially after a pedi) & the polish was sloppily applied, old & of very poor quality & when I asked her to fix it, she just slapped another coat of that old a$$ polish on them and said fixed. My cuticles were not done right at all & my toe nails were not clipped & shaped squared like I asked. She barely did anything to even warrant that she had given me a pedicure. I was so quick & over so fast, I could have given myself one at home that would have looked and felt better than this catastrophe here. The mani was even worse. She didn't get all my cuticles removed & what was removed was done unprofessionally. The polish was poorly applied--it is starting to chip away already & it hasn't even been a day yet; but given the fact that I now know that it was old, bad quality polish-it doesn't surprise me. My hands look horrible. I'm so disappointed. I could literally scream right now as this was paid for by my daughter as a BDay gift for me. Truly money wasted. I have never been so upset & felt so duped/hustled in my life. I've never had a bad mani/pedi in my life--until now. I've never been here b4 & I definitely will not be going back. A full refund is required & deserved here as I did not get what I paid for at all. Even that wouldn't be enough, as the experience is enough to through me off of mani/pedi's for yrs. to come. That's how bad this experience really was, & trying to explain how unhappy I was (as if the look on my face wasn't enough) proved even worse as they act as though they can't understand what you are trying to say to them. I am a very professional person & never lose my cool, so acting out/up is not my thing, but this experience was so bad I almost went there, but didn't. I would not recommend this salon. I don't know how the other techs are, but I was only willing to give it a shot because I saw happy/pleased faces. I guess it is all in who does the work--seriously--sheesh. My man would not like this mani/pedi at all & he just adores my toes & compliments me on my pedis' all the time, but he wouldn't this time--I guarantee it. Beware & if at all possible, chose somewhere else to go to get your nails/feet done; or at least stay clear of the one named Kim, she is horrible at her job. I think it's time to put her out to pasture--for real--hang it up lady...
