Buyer beware! Do not eat at this Cane's location, because the customer service was horrible! At around 11:30 am on 5/31/15, I went through drive through and ordered a box that contain 4 strips and fries. I asked if the cole slaw could be substituted for extra fries. The sales lady on the speaker became annoyed and sighed heavily. Afterwards, I pulled forward and asked to speak to the manager. I communicated, "The sales associate who take food orders was sarcastic!" The manager replied, "No, I was right beside her!" Next, I received my order and noticed that I received few fries. The manager stated, "It was measured to 2 ounces!" I then communicated that I would like the 1-800 number to file a complaint. The manager stated, "What for?" No one had taken personal responsibility for this occurrence. Please do not eat at this location, because you may become a victim of poor service and mistreatment!
