Founded in 1978, Desert Meats & Provisions is one of the largest independent purveyors of meats that serve the Las Vegas and southern Nevada institutional food service trade. The company distributes more than 1,200 products, which include cuts of fresh and self-aged beef, pork, lamb, veal, poultry, processed meat, frozen specialty and variety meats. It serves a diverse base of customers that consists of more than 200 premier Las Vegas mega-resorts, hotel-casinos and fine white tablecloth restaurants. Desert Meats & Provisions is one of the United States top distributors of certified Angus beef.
