newdaybroadband cable company----Blah---Absolutely the worse cable company in the country. They answer phone with a recording, regardless of which buttons you press. Also they are now not answering their e-mail. Would complaining to FCC help? Or perhaps asking those who have this cable company to go on Facebook recommending discontinuing their participatiion with this company.
I agree with the other recent reviews that their customer service is really, really poor. Not only do they not return calls, I can't even contact their billing number to cancel my account. Is there any government agency to contact regarding their practices?

this company is awful. To echo previous remarks...they don't return calls to save their lives nor do they even answer the damn phone. Have left 6 messages and 1 email over the last 3+ days and have had no response. This is on top of the fact that they were supposed to turn on TV service, told us they would do it and then didn't do it at all. Now they won't answer calls or return messages. May be cheap option where you live but think twice before going with them!!!

I have no complaints with my internet service; however TV service is a joke. Every month we lose channels (GAC, DIY, COOK, EP, IFC, AMC, SOAP, FOOD and channels 17 & 58 do not exist), this does not include channels lost due to weather conditions. The zaptoit guide is not kept current and I do not get 59 channels as advertised on their web site (which is also not kept current). When one calls the office (no matter what time of day) it goes to a recording to leave a message and they will call you back. This never happens. Are these companies regulated by an agency such as FCC? If so, how do we file a complaint? Although service is less than desirable, I do want to say the service reps and installation techs have always been very nice and professional.

This outfit has the best line up of any TV provider in the business. The big guys, such as Dish, Direct charge you 2nd and 3rd tier (high prices) to get the same protrams New Day offers for half the cost. This Company also serves some of the hardest areas to get TV, yet people complain their heads off. My neighbor tried another company and by the next year had to pay twice as much to get what we get on New Day. I am a satisfied customer, no relation to anyone in New Day just sorry there are so many problems in WA state. The service people I have dealt with have always been very nice to work with.

The whole thing is wrong to steal from disable and seniors every month there is something that goes wrong. we cannot watch anything sometimes for days. the company should hire people that want to do a job and not be lazy and collect a check. It is not our fault we have limited entertainment in our lives and want to watch a movie or something we enjoy. FIX THE PROBLEM or the company will go down the drain, at the fault of your workers and People need to learn to talk to their customers and not put them or whoever calls for them down. Now this quote will not summit.

Total insanity. They don't answer their phone calls for anything. You can leave many messages and they don't return calls. They have an answering service that leaves them messages while the All Day Broadband staff is in the field. Nothing seems to come of all the messages that are left. Think twice about this one...it may be a scam.
