      About Nevada Surgery and Cancer Care: Nevada Surgery and Cancer Care was founded in June of 2005 by Drs Kowalski and Wishnev. Dr Wishnev, a colon and rectal surgeon, began practicing in Las Vegas in 1997, and, after finishing her fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology, Dr. Kowalski moved to Las Vegas in 1998.
