Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center serves patients at two locations in Southern Nevada. Our Northwest Las Vegas office is located at 7455 W. Washington Avenue, Suite 160, Las Vegas, Nevada 89128 and our Henderson location at 1505 Wigwam Parkway, Suite 330, Henderson, Nevada 89074.
