My LG Microwave glass dish in the bottom melted and they could not tell me why. They said they would get another glass dish from the MGF and I came home and the dish wabbled. I cannot believe that an LG Microwave under warranty where a hole was melted in the glass dish, dented the bottom of the microwave does not entitle me to a replacement microwave.

This company should be avoided. Technician came out as scheduled and quickly (5-10 min) diagnosed my Hitachi DLP tv as having "bad DMD board" and quickly took $75 dollars. He said haggle with manf. about a new "light engine". Did(got manf. to reduce price from $800 to $500). Turns out their diagnosis completely missed the mark. Another company came out and correctly diagnosed that it was the "PCB board". Only 1 star for showing up on time.

I do not recommend this company for anything. They do not have the ability to schedule appointments except for when they feel like it on 24-hours notice. It's a take it or leave it appointment. After the first contact with them 8 days ago, I finally got an afternoon appointment, but the technician did not show up. I called the office and they mentioned the technician didn't have anything else to do that day. Then why the difficulty in getting the appt and why the "No show". They seemed to blame me for not waiting around all day. Totally unacceptable for a business. Go somewhere else for your electronic repair needs.
