They saved me, I had tenant that was paying rent, however they were racking up HOA violations and I was about to be fined big bucks! These guys walked me through what they thought would be the best way to try to get them out and it worked. They let me send copies of what they did to the HOA and no fines. Lucky me to have found NMI. They are great!

Excellent Company, used them for years. I am an owner from out of state and had no problems. All evictions that they had handled have gone through expediently. I own a fourplex there in Las vegas, and over a 5 year period they handled a great deal. My opinion, they are a trust worthy company.

Watch these people! They do shady practices. improper serves on notices, which is against the law. If you see anything with NMI on it check it and recheck it!
