Visited the office on North Tenaya. Office staff are rude. I waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment; went up to find out what was taking so long, found out they "misplaced" me and I wasn't on their list, even though I signed in & my name was right in front of them. Said they'd get me right back & called 5 people in ahead of me. Got billed $225 total (after insurance!) for a yeast infection problem to get the $5 rx. Called to talk to billing - left 3 messages no one called back. Called to talk to the office manager, took him 1 WEEK to return my call. Then he said there was nothing he could do about my bill - I wanted an adjustment for the lousy service. To top it off, the doctor chewed me out for seeing a doctor other than him. Will never go back. DON"T GO HERE!!!
This doctor is the worst. He never gave me an ultra sound until I was 39 weeks pregnant. My baby died when she was 4 months old. I did not miss one doctors appointment. I kept telling him that I thought the baby seemed small and even called to say I couldnt feel kicking. He never took me seriously. His bedside manner is terrible. His license should be taken away. I asked for an ultra sound and he said they don't give them because they dont change the outcome. Only a "sex only" ultrasound. You pay for it and they will only look for the sex not for abnormalities. I had this done and my baby had MAJOR abnornmalities that should have been noted in his money making "sex only" ultra sound. I had great insurance and would have gladly paid for an ultra sound. HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME ONE! I took one of those blood tests at 15 weeks that lets the DR know chance of abnormality and my daughters chance came back 1 in 256. Anything under 1 in 500 would normally call for an ultrasound
