Do not come to this store i wish i can give it no stars because when i entered the store I thought it was going to be great i came in to get my hat ingraved with the name of my channel but when the worker/manager did not even know how to use the machine he ruined the hat that costed me 20 dollars plus the ten dollars that they charged me to get it ingraved they messed up and to remove the string they cut up a hole in the hat then they gave it to me saying that the machine is not working. So they gave me the at and said sorry about that. I asked him i wanted a refun and he did not give it to me.Hey Lids don't hire a 22 year old as the manager.
