SWEET GLASSES AND A SWEET DEAL! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!‎ - ‎ - 2010-07-23 Not as busy as the other locations so got in and out fast. I brought my scrip in from another doctor and they didn't give me any headaches about it. The selection was huge and I found some really cute Dolce & Gabbana frames. The salesperson was fast, friendly and did I say fast? No time wasted here...AND they made my glasses in their lab right there and then. Plus they had a great deal on lenses - 50% off! Make sure you ask about the store discount and save some $$$!

For once a store where they value my business! The day before my wife and I were headed out on vacation I managed to drop my glasses and then slam them in the car door. So I took them to this Lenscrafters (by Michaels on Tenaya) as it was closest to my house to see if they could fix them. Well unfortunately they were not fixable but the manager - Mr. Murphy - was a nice guy and honored the warranty - even though the glasses were over THREE YEARS OLD! We don't have insurance but my new glasses were like half off and done in ONE HOUR! Just like the old days. He even threw in some cleaning stuff. Of course I had to see the doc - Dr. Gonzales - to get a new exam, AND SHE WAS GREAT! Her prescription was right on the money and now I see better and look better. They were so nice and attentive that my wife even bought a pair of sunglasses even though she has great eyesight. Really I can't say enough about them...just REALLY GREAT OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST!!!
