When I refer clients to specialists, I want to be sure their pets get the best of care, but also that they experience superb customer service. The surgeons who are now at LVVRC have performed surgeries on my patients two to three times a week, sometimes out of our facility. We can be sure the clients and the patients are well taken care of and can rely on the doctors to provide prompt and thorough post-op follow-up and communication. -- Dr. Kempf, West Charleston Animal Hospital The LVVRC offers in-house Computed Tomography (CT or CAT scan) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), enhancing our ability to perform state-of-the-art neuron-diagnostics, Neuron-Surgery, Cancer Staging, and A Variety of Other Diagnostic and Surgical Procedures

General Info
Every Doctor Wants The Best Care For Their Patient. At Last, a Specialty Facility Providing Just That Specialties: Surgery - Internal Medicine - Oncology - Cardiology - Rehabilitation We are a full time specialty hospital that provides advanced diagnostic testing, treatment, and surgery. We do not replace your primary care veterinarian. In most cases, you will be referred to us by your veterinarian who either wants a second opinion or knows you are ready for a procedure that they are not equipped to handle in their hospital. We consult with them through the whole process and send them reports within 24 hours of the examination or procedure so they can resume your ongoing treatment. Good Communication Means Less Stress - We know it is stressful when you have a sick or injured pet. That is why, in addition to specialty expertise, you can also expect the same level of compassion and care as you get from your primary veterinarian. Frequent, clear communication helps you better manage the situation and stress. And we make the process of seeing us simple. Either you or your doctor can make the appointment. We will arrange to get a copy of the records or you may be asked to bring them with you. You will always know what we know and we promise to keep your veterinarian informed as well.
