Koi Restaurant, located at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, offers dishes that are inspired by Japanese- and California-style cuisines. The restaurant s signature cold dishes include ponzu, wasabi tobiko, crispy rice topped with spicy tuna and yellowtail carpaccio with grape-seed oil. It also serves Kobe beef filet mignon, black cod with seasonal vegetables, and grilled skirt steak with red onions and sesame sauce. Koi Restaurant s sushi chefs specialties include dishes prepared with toro, octopus, snow crab and uni, as well as signature rolls. The restaurant features an elliptical bar that is covered with Indonesian onyx and marble, Indonesian doors, spinning prayer wheels and handcrafted gilded Buddha statues.
