Welcome to Kermani Concierge Medicine.With over 20 years of delivering medical care in the traditional model, we have decided to switch our patient care to a highly personalized membership-based, concierge-style.The increasingly strict constraints placed on physicians by the healthcare system work against our philosophy of what makes up a meaningful patient experience and medical care.We believe that patients receive the best care when that care is not rushed and the physician -besides being a great clinician -is also a great listener. By limiting the number of patients to a much smaller panel size than in the traditional model, as a concierge patient, you will receive care that is more in-depth, and more easily accessible. You will have a team by your side to ensure the most thorough and expedited medical care.We believe that patients have more important things to take care of rather than spending their valuable time in a physician's waiting room, having to cancel personal commitments to fit in doctor appointments, or putting in time to work the logistics of their medical care.In this membership-based model, you will enjoy the benefits of a very close relationship with your physician and will find a team that will make you feel truly valued.Concierge Medicine offers the following benefits:New patient appointments scheduled as a 60-minute session.Returning patient appointments scheduled as a 30-minute session.Access to Dr. Kermanis cell phone 24/7.Expedited referrals- often handled by Dr Kermani.Guaranteed same-day or next-business-day appointments.Telehealth appointments available Monday-Friday 8am-8 pm.Close follow-up by Dr. Kermani with the hospitalist while admitted to the hospital.Access to a Care Coordinator to arrange all details of your medical care.Membership rate: $2500/yearIf you would like to see if our concierge plan is a right fit, please contact our Care Coordinator, Parissa at (725)587-7742 to schedule a complimentary meet and greet with Dr Kermani.
