I am very pleased with the attention paid to me and my girl friend. Not only from the front office but the doctor was very helpful as well. This is my 1st time in my life to need glass's and the experience was very beneficial. I needed to return my first pair, and without any hesitation I was reexamined, my prescription was adjusted with no problem.

I was very happy with the service I received, being from California I expected Cali service. Not knockin Cali, its just that if ur in a hurry 4get about it. anyhoo, the staff was very helpful .. and the Dr took the time 2 explain some things about my eye exam that I really didn't know and I had been asking about for years in Cali....Long story short very happy with Gem Optical...And I got some some really nice Eyes Glasses....Go Gem Optical!!

I have been a customer of Gem Optical for a couple years and I have to say that the doctor that does the eye exams is an awesome woman. She takes her time with her patients and really listens to your concerns. The glasses I got the first time there was great and fit perfectly, However the glasses I got this time around has been nothing but trouble. I have gone back a couple times to have them adjusted and I am still having issues. Going back again hopefully can get these glasses to work for me.
The staff is friendly, and well informed. The doctor takes his time to be sure your presciption is perfect. Very good prices.
