My Mom called them and told them our concern about the furniture we bought from them. And they were asking for the receipt and we told them that we don't have it anymore but they should have a copy of it or should at least be in their system. They told my Mom that they will stop by at our house to fix the bed frame. And they start yelling at my parents inside OUR HOME!!!!! So I went downstairs and told the manager or whoever the hell is that guy is that he doesn't have the rights to yell at us at our own house and that we are his customers and that I will the call the police on him. I recently gave birth and I am suffering from post partum depression and anxiety. He pointed the drill at me and I felt threatened. He left right away when he heard me talking on the phone with the police. This is so unprofessional and rude. If I need to file a lawsuit, I will!!
