      Excellent customer service from Valerie and Russell. They explain about the real cost to move in for $29.00 even though it is a first month free, to which it is. The $29 is a one time $20 administration fee and insurance fee is for $9 for a $2000.00 coverage, which cover you while you are moving your property from your starting point to the storage site. The units that were shown were clean and any repairs were done prior to renting. My wife and I can't say enough about the property and how friendly, courtesy and just bubbling over to have our business. After only two visits to the office, we are greeted by first name and a big smile.
