Dr. Kingsley is a medical oncologist-hematologist and one of the founding members of Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada (CCCN), where he has treated patients with cancer and serious blood disorders for more than 27 years. He has authored numerous publications and continues to be actively involved in clinical research at CCCN. Dr. Kingsley is an Adjunct Clinical Professor at Touro University Nevada and the University of Nevada School of Medicine and has been teaching medical students and residents for more than 17 years. He serves as a board member at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center and Nathan Adelson Hospice. Through his involvement with Nathan Adelson Hospice, Dr. Kinglsey facilitated participation in the Medicare Care Choices Model as a referring provider between the facility and CCCN. The model will improve the quality of care for patients with terminal diagnoses. Dr. Kingsley has been a member of a rock and roll band with several other physicians for more than 20 years, and he organized the “Serenades of Life” fundraiser to benefit Nathan Adelson Hospice, which he has continued to produce and direct since 1995. Over the years, the Serenades of Life concert has raised more than $500,000 to the benefit of those families in need. Now in its 20th year, Serenades of Life has become a community staple and a major fundraiser for the non-profit facility.
