Rented a two-toned, pink (not by choice) Scion from this place October 15-20, 2015. While I totally got over the humor of driving in this car and people's reaction to us driving by, what I could not get over was the terrible issues with it which resulted in a break-in due to the car not locking when using the "lock" button on the key. Forgive me for assuming that when you click the lock button that the 4 doors should lock (not only 3) when it goes "beep-beep" but it sure didn't. And when we were in Zion national park of all places, we came back to our car less our GPS which was taken out of the glove box. When we told USAVE about this issue, they said that the door manually locked and therefore it was not their fault. Fine. But if the car wasn't a piece of crap otherwise: driver's side door swung all the way open each time it was opened making knicks on the cars next to it until I figured it out.. it also had a bumper that was half-way off which hit everything coming in its way turning into and out of anyplace with a ramp, the AUX cord outlet being completely ripped out of the center console, the side door plastic piece pulling up every time you opened the window as well as the car revving in "red line" mode three times I turned it on where I thought it was going to blow up, it might be OK. Ooh.. and the car came with no windshield wash fluid. Come on! Stock your cars with some darn windshield wash if you're going to rent it to someone in the desert!

All in all, the cheapness of the car is just not worth it. At all. If I had my GPS to take me to another place to rent a car, I would… but unfortunately, I don’t have one anymore so I can’t.

U-Save Car Rental is HORRIBLE!

Over charged for cleaning a car



I rented a jeep from "Dream Car Rentals U-Save Car & Truck Rental " they were horrible from start to finish ...The Jeep was a piece of junk! It sounded like a dump truck! It had on a check engine light on when I picked it up!

I request to be switched to a different vehicle the refused!



They charged me $149 cleaning fee... I have rented a car over 200 times in my life and NEVER been charged a cleaning fee. I have a copy of the check in and out paperwork showing the vehicle was accepted without damage on Check in .. Car was not dirty!



This is after the checking the car in without incident... I became aware of Charge this at the end of the month when I received the Credit card bill..

I call to talk to the manager Laurie Shebs she was a total jerk on the phone with me. She was one of rudest people i have EVER dealt with. She hung up on me after i call to understand this ridiculous charge

Rented a Jeep back in Jan. for our upcoming trip to Vegas so we could drive to the Grand Canyon. Reservation by phone, printed off reservation with address on it where to pick up the Jeep. We get to the location and the Jeep is not there. We are told by the ever awake Angela that the Jeep is at the other location...do we have a car to drive down the strip to pick up the car? Really? Her driver will be there to take us to the jeep in 10 min.25 min later and a 5 hour drive ahead of us he is still not there. When we inquire as to when this driver of hers is picking us up, her response was "oh you are waiting for the driving I thought you were just waiting for someone! I'll get my detail guy to take you. 10 mins later and he is not much brighter than the spaced out Angela we get there and have to wait because 2 other customers are there. However Teresa made everything ALL better until we returned the Jeep. I was told Dream Cars would take us to the airport back in Jan. and to our surprise they are not allowed to go to the airport. The U-Save driver got us very close though to a free shuttle and was very apologetic on behalf of the staff. After a 5 hour drive, leaving at 4 am from Page Arizona and getting back to Vegas to return the rental and having a 2 hour window to get to the airport and check in. Not too happy to hear that the promised shuttle to the airport is non existant. Rent your vehicle at the airport don't bother with Dream Cars!

I got to Las Vegas airport and called the company to pick me up they were there within 15 mins. Got to the office and my car was waiting for me it was clean and ready to go. The counter guy was very helpful and got me out quickly he took the time and showed me places to drive to to get out of town and see the sites. I did have a hard time sticking to my reservation of a Corvette after seeing all of the great cars they have. Next time I think I want a Ferrari or a Harley they all look great! I am in the service business and i know how the public gets this guys do a great job in getting you in and out and not making you feel like you are just a number to them.

I reserved a car from this company for a friend that was coming into town. Granted they have nice vehicles to rent, but the person who helped me acted like they were doing me a favor when I was PAYING them for the rental. When I asked for a vehicle they didn't have I hear we gave been in business for 15 years you can take what we have or not. Maybe they were having a BAD day, which I can understand. Just thought a little more friendly customer service would have been nice.

I have been to Las Vegas many times before but I have always stayed around the hotels. This time I wanted to do something different and see the surrounding area. I called Dream Car and this was the best thing I did. The service was just outstanding and the cars, it took me awhile to pick from from all the the vehicles they have. Everything was more than I expected. They highlighted on a map for me a good driving route and they were right. There is life outside of the strip. When you go to Las Vegas dont just stay around the strip call Dream Car and see the things around Vegas. Thanks for everything! All car rental comnpanies should take a lesson from you. I will see you guys again and I have showed my friends the great pictures I took while I had your Lambo.

I rented a Viper GTS to cruiz the Strip. Since I had made reservations on line (sweet!) was a fast check out. I went everywhere! The car was hot, I got "lucky". Thanks Dream Car. See you in Sping.

Me ane a friend rented 2 cars from Dream Car Rentals a Dodge Viper and a A/C Cobra. The guy who helped us went way out of his way. He showed us each car and how everything worked on the cars and answered all of our questions. He then showed us places to go, he sent us to a place callled Red Rock what a great drive, these cars were made for this drive. I have to say I have rented lots of cars before but this was the first car rental company that I got this leval of service, way to go Dream Car! I will see you again next time I want to get one of your Harleys.
