Very friendly, on time, and he didn't try to sell me anything. I've used other plumbers before and they have tried to get a little more by trying to make the problem worse then what it was. Hansel was honest and funny. I would refer him to any of my friends and family.

In need for a plumber I went to the computer and found hundreds of companies in my area. But who should I trust with my home??? I usually read reviews before I make a choice but found that most ads looked fake or computer generated ....weird? So in my frustration I asked my neighbors and one of them recommended Drain Pro. I am so glad I called them! They showed up on time charged me under 100 bucks to snake my drain and they repaired an issue with my faucet for FREE!!!!!

I had a flood in my kitchen because the water line in the wall broke and I had a wedding rehearsal and dinner to go to that day and the wedding the next day. It was the last thing I needed to have happen. Called Drain Pro, they came out within an hour and had the leak completely fixed and taken care. Super easy and fast. Saved the day. Thank you! :)

After calling around for quotes, Drain Pro was one of the ones in my price range. But with savings come sacrifices, so I was worried. The worry was for nothing. Not only was the job done quickly because of the flat rate pricing, it was done properly with the proper parts. Even after it was done, he took a little time and showed me things to do to make sure my water heater runs properly and help eliminate the need of a plumber so often. That's when you know they are trustworthy... when they sacrifice potential future work so that you save time and money.
I am very glad that I decided to call Drain Pro for my plumbing services. They were great! Asa women trying to deal with a plumbing issue and not knowing anything about plumbing I did my homework to try and find the best. Drain Pro looked like them. they gave me same day service, within hours, for about half the price of other places that i got quotes for. Were very nice and honest on the issue and gave me options and suggestions. Will definitely use them again!
Tonight I came home to the downstairs toilet overflowing and with no luck unplugging it, my wife and I called Drain Pro. We were extrmemly please with the prompt serive so late and to top it off the service, knowledge, and epertise we were so imoressed. I had an emergency on Saturday afternoon and was in need of a plumber quickly. I went to yellowpages.com and called Drain Pro and within an hour Hansel showed up. He was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. I have been in Las Vegas for 8yrs now and I will never use anyone else. My family just moved out of Las Vegas and now that we have relocated to another state, I'm having a hard time finding a plumber like Drain Pro. I'm not one to usually write reviews, but I'm honestly frustrated that some contractors we've had do repairs at our house do not have the timeliness, courtesy, service, or low prices as Drain Pro. Since I cannot bring my plumber with me, I hope that the community in Las Vegas embraces this local company.
