Michael J. Dawson's office is EXTREMELY rude. When I called someone answered the phone in a brusque manner, proceeded to grill me on who I was and then yelled at me for calling on a holiday (Veteran's Day) as though I was supposed to know he didn't work that holiday. To end it all, he hung up on me! I am working, as are many of my customers. Whoever answered the phone there needs to be let go - there are many respectful and polite people who are unemployed and who would give their left arm to have a job.
