I was lied to about the condition of the car & tricked into signing the contract under false pretenses. The dealer also refuses to honor the warranty. When I test drove the vehicle I noticed that the airbag & engine warning lights on the dashboard were on. I explained that I could not buy the vehicle with these issues & I was assured by Sam (the owner/salesman) that he would take care of them as a condition of the purchase. I gave back the car Saturday & 2 days later on Monday was asked to come in to get it because the problems were fixed. My significant other & I signed the contracts which included a 90 day warranty. It was also supposed to include a trade in of my 01 escort for 800.00 but I was still waiting on the title in the mail so it was to be fulfilled once I had the paperwork. I was also granted a loaner vehicle should there be any issue & the car need work.
