I WISH I CAN PUT NEGATIVE STARS!! AWFUL SERVICE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! After they make a mistake on my account they request me to send a validation letter from my bank which i did via priority mail, they receive it 2days later, today 20 days later they said they didn't receive it yet so they can unblock my account but if i want i can summit a payment! Oh really??? now, after been in the phone for :45 min they said I have to send it AGAIN!! NO NO NO!! As soon I fix this problem I will close my account!! this is INSANE!

awful bank to deal with. a $248.67 payment was deducted from my checking account and applied to my credit one visa card. I did not make the large payment with .67 I always round off my payments. I am still trying to locate the proof that this bank took my money unauthorized. my bank chase has given me some info,but suggest I take legal actions I only owe them $600. they have access to my banking because I pay online. Why would someone had my account and pay a bill to credit one only no other bill and not try to extort money for themselves. legal action is difficult as I live in texas and they are in las vegas. never again will I do business with credit one. of course they deny taking it. rita f
I filled out an application for a credit card May 21, 2010, Today is June 16th., I have called and checked the status of the app. several times. I received a letter requesting a copy of my drivers license, plus my physical address, which I mailed on June 1, 2010. Today, June 16th, I phoned to inquire about my app. I was told they did not receive a copy of my drivers license. I am suppose to fax it. I needed the card because of an emergency in the family. Now, I have to wait another 20 or 30 days just to be told something else. Why are you not checking up on this department. I am an honest person and I believe I deserve to be treated in a like manner. I could not get any other e-mail address to the credit card approval department, so I am writing you. If you can help, please do so. My name is Christine Neuffer.
