Love the Hyundai Santa Fe I purchased, the car is awesome. I got the fully support of Mr George Etheridge to buy this car, a great and very knowledgeable guy. If you have a problem, not knowing what car to chose look for this guy at Planet Hyundai Sahara.

I absolutely agree! I went in with a check that was already funded...meaning I was already financed. They FORCED me to sign a credit application saying they needed it "for their records, incase the check didn't go through". That made sense...so I signed the credit app. They turned around and tried to bypass my check by submitting my application to the same credit company I was already with!! It was "red flagged" and my company called me to find out WHY there were 2 credit apps (one from me, one from Planet Hyundai). Sneaky sneaky tactics!! They bold faced LIED to me when I asked them if they were going to submit my information..they told me NO! They did it anyway! Now, they are refusing to even give me a copy of my own credit application...I wonder what blanks they filled in? Stay away from them, there are too many other dealerships. They are worse than ANYONE I have ever dealt with before:(

If you are planning on buying a Hyundai, do your research! This is the worst Hyundai dealership in Las Vegas. There is an entire site full of dissatisfied customers. I wish I had found the site before I had driven all the way across town to purchase my vehicle.Put them in a search engine on google and you will find hundreds of complaints. I won't even take my car back there for service, I go to one of the other dealerships.
