Buy Rite did a great job fixing my Samsung Washer. They came out right away and repaired it on the spot, which was great because they came out on a Friday and I had tons of laundry to do. Hector , the tech was very knowledgeable and professional. The prices were also great. I had a wonderful experience and will recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Worst service I ever got, people are rude. They don't tell you to have $89.00 up front before looking at problem. My assistant was there to let them in, I didn't know they needed the $ up front (if I knew it I would have a check ready), so the service tech left. The service mgr was rude, then I call the Co., they said I should have known $'s should be paid upfront. Long story short I call another company. What a waste of time.
