What a joke this place is. I brought a bicycle in for a tuneup, some adjustments and a water bottle holder put on. I was told it would only take a day or two. About five days later I called to pick it up and it wasn't even ready. I came two days later to the store, and I swear they never touched that bike. The bottle holder was put on in front of me. So after paying $55 to have a water bottle put on a bike, the two grown "men" watched me wheel a bike out while I struggled with opening the door with a bike and a handbag. Neither one offered to take the bike to my car or even hold the door open for me. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!Anyway.... when I am in that area I am always hoping to see a for lease sign in the store window.
