General Info
Beyond Rehab combines Medical Therapeutic Massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) and Functional Training to produce measurable results by designing customized programs for each individual. A body that has experienced dysfunction or injury creates altered movement patterns. These altered patterns lead to further imbalances throughout the body causing recurrence of injury, dysfunction, imbalance, and/or pain. The Therapeutic Massage and FST release restricted tissues, while the Functional Training corrects and establishes proper movement patterns. This brings the joints and structures of your body back into balance creating correct, pain-free, sustainable motion. Combined with medical massage and functional training you can achieve your goal to relieve pain, increase strength and stability, recover from injuries or improve sports performance and better enjoyment of daily life!
