Avoid Tera West at all costs. Despite Tara West being a big company, many of my friends have warned me that their service is well below average. In fact, if you take a look at Yahoo and ordeal, you'll be shocked to find out that Tara West, at least here in Las Vegas and in Mesquite have many negative comments.. not just for me but from literally hundreds of other people who have already used their service.. Thank God there is a platform where we can at least voice our opinions about companies that do not deliver on service, but make an attempt to tell you to go to their website to submit requests for service. By golly, I like to talk to someone on the telephone, and at least deal with them face-to-face. Expect to get below average service from this company.. Warning, bigger is not better in the area of property management companies.

I lived in a Terra West Property Management home for almost two years and was satisfied with the experience until it was time to move out and receive my deposit back. Because we took great care of the home we lived in, they charged us for such frivolous things such as replacement light bulbs, door stops, and smoke detector batteries. They also tried to charge us for the recaulking of bathtubs and toilets because the home owner was trying to sell the house. Ultimately it took me fighting them to get by money back. The staff was rude, avoided returning phone calls, and tried passing the situation off on one another. Overall, I would not recommend going into business with this company.
