It is one of the leading home health care agencies in the United States with more than 25 branches located throughout North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. The organization is a joint venture of the Alamance Regional Medical Center, High Point Regional Health System, Moses Cone Health System, Novant Health and other health systems. Advanced Home Care specializes in the treatment of congestive heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. The organization offers a variety of medical equipment and pain management solutions. Advanced Home Care administers a quality improvement program for patients and families.
