My daughter waited at the ER for a hr and they never showed up then she calls them back and the woman said " if they ain't there yet than you ain't getting a ride I thought they would be professional, but guess not will not use and I'll tell other people the same

Do NOT use this service. They do not own cars only call out to contrators who will pick you up as long as their primary business calls are done. Call Checkers.

i tried desperately to make a reservation and i kept on being told that the cab could come anywhere from 10 min to 1 1/2 hours. did not matter they did not care and would not take reservations.. what a shame. i booked another cab, they took my reservation and will not be late. too bad these people were not as accomodating.

This is for all the companies under Frias Transportation Management! You guys claim to have the most handicap cabs but it still takes two hours to get a ride!! Unsat!!! If your drivers or whomever this may concern, don't want to do the job fire them or quit!!!! It's that simple!!! To bad I had to give you one star to post this!!!

The first time I used this service everything went perfect. The driver picked me up quickly and got me where I needed to be on time.



The 2nd time I ended up calling the company and canceling the call because I no longer needed a cab. Well I guess they didn't tell the driver and he came anyway. When I told him I had already canceled the call and no longer required the service he got very angry and began to yell at me. This was all at my house so I stayed inside during the phone call. The next thing I knew my dogs were were barking at radome windows facing the back yard and it looked like someone was back there. I don't know if the cab driver was really that anger would go to those lengths but I closed all my blinds and made sure all my doors were locked and never called that company again.

NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!! Hitch-hike, walk or do whatever you have to do to avoid this terrible cab service.

ABC Union CabLike the other posters here, i had a bad experience with this company. At 4:00 a.m.on June 14th, i left the Monte Carlo Hotel to go to McCarran airport, at best a 10 minute ride at that time of day. We ended up at the complete opposite (downtown) end of the strip, and when questioned, the driver told me it was his "FIRST DAY" and he didn't know how to get to the airport. Perhaps if he put down his cell phone, he would have had a better idea of where he was.The trip ended up costing about double what it should have.I'd watch out next time, and if a UNION CAB pulled up, i'd wait for another

My driver took me the long, long way from the airport to the strip, turning a $10 ride into $30! But he didn't stop there, he also refused to give me change as I obviously didn't want to tip, making him an even more blatant thief. And for the entire torturous ride the driver would not shut up about how hard his life is, moaning he gets low commissions, and food costs too much, and everyone is corrupt. I will never take another ABC cab again, and if you are a woman you should be afraid to get in a car with a driver from this firm.

I took a ABC Union Cab from the airport to home with my 11 year old daughter. The cab driver picked up our luggage, threw it in his trunk like it was garbage. On of my boxes had crystal from my grandmother which was broken, when I opened the box. The man was very rude when I approached him about how he handled the luggage, he replied that it was too hot and I should have told him it was fragile. Now he is driving my daughter and I home, he is angry, gets a phone call and talked on his cell phone the entire ride to my home. When I got home I explained to him why he was not getting a tip. He sat in his cab across the street from my house for quite some time. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
