These apartments may be the newest but beware there is no budget for repairs and management is strict and impossible to reach. You are only allowed one parking spot (which is marked with a piece of duct tape and a nd a sharpie), the laundry is only open a few hours a day, the exercise room is full of junk and you are not allowed to use it. Repairs or any other maintenance are done by the managers daughter and it takes more than three weeks, and it don't get repaired properly. Landscaping or cleaning of the premises is not done, and if it snows be sure to have a 4-wheel drive because management does not clean the parking lot or the sidewalks, but they throw plenty of salt (maybe they thought it would melt the 3 feet of snow that fell lol).
