Just had my new hot tub installed and used it for the first time. I am more than happy with Pool Tech and all the people that I worked with there. Great hot tub and Great service.

Well I never write reviews, but I felt justice had to be done. I was very scared to buy here after reading several reviews, until I went in and talked to the guys. They are by far the most knowlegable company in Las Cruces. After shopping the competition both in town and abroad, I came to the conclusion that this company could not only answere my questions with clarity and confidence, but they were much more friendly and down to earth than the rest. I asked about the reviews that I read on the internet and they were more than happy to address everyone of my concerns with 100% honesty, both the good and the bad. I went with my gut and decided to give them a try, and I am happy to report that my experience was awesome. I got a better deal than I expected after shopping the market, and every expectation I had was exceeded. Do your self a favor and shop for yourself, because as most people know people usualy don't write good reviews. So i had to do a little justice for my spa guys

In December 2010 I purchased a spa and during the delivery and installation, they damaged it. It is now the end of March 2011 and after going up there to see them, calling, talking to the sales man"Tom" directly, and trying to get the owners to talk to me, they refuse to fix my spa. They have no business ethics whatsoever, they are very extremely dishonest, and "Tom" the salesman will lie to you at each and every turn. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! Go see their show room but no matter how nice they seem DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS - you will hate yourself for trusting them if you do. After seeing the damage and not wishing the same, several of my friends went to better venues with legitimate return business interest - and they are happy. You will be too.

I give these idiots 1 star due to the fact their prices are good, However there customer service/warranty work is horrible! I needed a part replaced an had to wait 3 months to get this part replaced. One month after the problem was reported to them and the part still had not came in I was told that it was never ordered. O.K. 2nd month came around and I was told they would check on it and call me back. They never did....The third month came around they just showed up at my house to install the part...Hey guess what I wasn't home so they left a business card for me to schedule a install date so I did for the following week. Guess what they never showed up nor did they call. So I finally got them to show up to replace the part...which they did and when questioned why it was still not working like it was before the part broke they stated that it was working properly. To sum it all up I had to fix the hot tub myself.

Pool tech has the most awesome and knowlegeable team in las cruces.I have owned 2 spas from them in 7 years and, I know that everytime I walk in the store I'll be greeted with a huge smile and friendly hello. I have had 1 repair between both of my spas and It was completed within 3 hours of me calling they guys at pool tech. I would never do business with anyone else becasuse these guys know their stuff. If these guys ever went out of business i'd probably sell my spa because nobody comes close to their service.

Pool Tech Plus installed our hot tub/endless swim pool in Spring 2009. It has been over 7 months. The swimspa has NEVER worked correctly and sits, half-full, running up our electrical bill unnecessarily. A small sinkhole developed to once side of the spa "box". The owner of Pool Tech Plus belittled me and has not returned our calls in weeks. I would like my back yard back. Never again. Vita Spa, makers of our swimspa, have also not responded to my requests for service. How does this company get such good customer service reviews? I have even heard that some of their employees sit on the curb outside the business and, apparently inebriated, heckle passers-by. The owner clearly cares only about making money.
