Terrible managment water gets shut off all the time we had our apartment flooded and have been without any water or carpet for 5 days and counting they look nice on the outside but dont be fooled they are slummy.

I was tricked by the beautiful environment and spacious apartments. The apartments themselves are nice for the price, but the management is AWFUL! We have had many run-ins with them, including:*Sprinkler systems malfunctioning*MULTIPLE waterline shut-downs all day long*Cockroaches*"Year-round" Swimming pool being closed from December-April*Multiple attempts for maintenance requests*Unfriendly staff*Confusion about a rent check and possible eviction notices*Swamp coolers finally being turned on many weeks after the hot weather began*Office staff contradicting the Postman about a lost package he left with them (still under investigation)Please do not allow yourself to suffer as we did.
