History Since 1937, One Source Federal Credit Union has been serving the El Paso and Las Cruces areas. We started small, but we continue to grow with our members. We now have over 10,000 members, and over $83 million in assets. Throughout all the years we have been in operation we continue to live by the notion of "Person to Person." Our members make us who we are, and we will continue to be there for you for a long time to come. Membership Anyone living, working, attending school, or going to church in El Paso County is eligible to join our family. And now in Las Cruces, "Chances are we're Your credit union!" To become a member, you need a minimum $10 deposit into a savings account plus a $2 one-time membership fee. Remember, once you become a member, you are always a member, whether you retire, change jobs, or move. And once you're a member, your family can join too! Ownership When you become a member of One Source FCU you also become an owner. Members elect volunteers to serve on the board of directors. The board of directors sets our policies and establishes bylaws. After we pay our expenses and deduct funds for reserves, you receive benefits in the form of dividends on savings, lower interest rates on loans, and free or low-cost services.
