Dr. McMillan is a board certified Otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose, and Throat) who has been practicing in Las Cruces, New Mexico for 15 years. During that time, he has practiced the full range of Otolaryngology. Dr. McMillan has extensive training in nasal surgery, and has always emphasized his interest and talents in functional and cosmetic nasal surgery over the years. During this time, Dr. McMillan has performed literally thousands of nasal surgeries, both functional and cosmetic. He is now in the process of refining his surgical practice to exclusively emphasize his primary interest: functional and cosmetic surgery of the nose.
