You should think twice before allowing Tammy Hawkes to do your taxidermy work. This woman took a year and a half to get our our oryx done for us (which is quick from what other people have dealt with). During that time period she lost it and then she forgot about it. Once she found it, she got it done in less than month. (Meaning it had been in storage that entire time). Additionally, less than two years later the oryx hide is splitting all over the place (VERY poor quality work) and we are going to have to shell out extra bucks to get it fixed. The woman has sold her business and will not answer e-mails. The gentleman that is running it now says he has been cleaning up her messes for a year now and I know of one or two other people who are having the same issues as we are. She has an F rating on the Better Business Bureau but she is STILL listed on the New Mexico Taxidermy Association as a member. She has no integrity. DO NOT do business with this woman!
