Water leaks, gas leaks, no water at all for 6 days, flooding in the apartment, dirty water, electric range blew up in face. No gas for 8 days (leak). City locked meter. No hot water or heat. Tiles flying off roofs along with nails during windy season like Frisbees. Bricks missing from face of building for 2 years. Buckling wall (failing) in dining room. Dishwasher, water heater, electric range all replaced (bad). Ants! Intermittent hot water and heat in winter. Kept shutting off. 1 smoke detector in unit. MOLD due to constant flooding. Root prying. Landscape bad. Hall light stayed on but switch off. Several gardeners hired/fired. Sprinklers always breaking. No central heating, cooling. Pool not large enough. Someone cut tire and brake cable to vehicle in parking area. Someone entered unit and pulled lock out of file cabinet while gone. Mail boxes torn out. Residents stuck with water bills. Maintenance Supv. off 3 mos.without replacement. Slow to respond to emergency after hrs.
