My company had an important proposal to be delivered at 2 PM in Las Cruces and we found out 2 hours before the deadline that the overnight delivery had been delayed. We were going to reprint the proposal at the last minute and I contacted Adria at this Fedex Office location. I explained the situation and she said they would print the documents but that she would check to see what she could learn about the delivery delay. When she called me back, she said that she'd talked with the station manager, explained that we were having to reprint a proposal, and got him to guarantee that the delivery with the original proposal would be made by our deadline. Then, she called me back to let me know, and later called me again to let me know it had been delivered on time. An extraordinary example of extreme customer service! I was already a long-time user of Fedex Office but now I'm also a fan! Thanks so much, Adria. Great job!
