Dr. Charles Metzger is a fellowship trained, board-certified orthopedic hand surgeon specializing in complex hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, and shoulder surgery, including treatment for carpal tunnel. Dr. Metzger received his medical degree from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. He completed his internship and residency at Louisiana State University in Shreveport, LA, and completed a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, AL. Prior to joining MountainView, Dr. Metzger spent more than 15 years practicing privately in Houston, TX.
