The office is miserably run, not organized at all, and is money hungry. They try to convince their patients that they need the much higher priced lenses, knowing that their primary market is senior citizens who cannot afford to pay the difference that Medicare won't cover. Also, they CONSISTENTLY run over an hour late on appointments and the day we were there, they were running 2 hours late on surgeries. Whenever the staff was stopped and questioned, some of the staff acted like they had no clue what was going on, and the other staff was downright RUDE! This place is a pitiful excuse for healthcare. They try to take advantage of their patients. And, don't even get me started on the laser hair removal scheme they are running......total ripoff. Please.......if you value your time, money and overall health.......GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

My sister and I both got the groupon for 6 laser hair removal sessions. We scheduled our first appointments together, within 15 minutes. After waiting for nearly 45 minutes, she was finally called back. I figured they'd call me back shortly. Two hours after my appointment time I confronted the woman at the front desk. She told me they were running behind and I'd be called back soon. A few minutes later, a man called me to an empty room, apologised for the wait and offered me 6 more sessions for free. That did make the wait slightly better, and then I was finally called back. The woman explained that the machine wasn't working, and she kept having to press the button to get it to work. After this I figured I'd give them a few more tries before I decided what I think of them. Each session that we went back, they would say that they were turning up the machine, ask how the process was going, and such. After the third session I saw very little difference. Dr Michaelos is excellent! His office staff, however, is a totaldDisaster. They have absolutely no clue whatsoever about customer service....None! Their form letters even go out with words spelled incorrectly! Sloppy! Not good.
