I have been there twice neither time did I meet a women(owner). the young man I dealt with was not friendly nor inexpensive. unless I am in a real bind, I won`t be back!

Excellent source of used doors but that's about it. Most items sadly are rotting or rusting, as are the premises itself. Some outbuildings should be condemned for safety reasons. First went here in 1996 and there was a better selection of stuff in better condition. Past two trips, the owner quoted high prices and literally turned away with a "take it or leave" comment when I tried to open a door to negotiate. $50 for a metal fence gate with a rusted-out bottom when a new one can be had for $70. She's apparently happy with her stuff sitting unsold and deteriorating. The son is nice but expect an unwelcoming demeanor the owner.

Love this place!!!! Was looking for several unique items, found 3 out of 4, at an excellent price. The owner was very knowledgeable about her inventory and very on the spot to help her customers. Mary Jane Ryder
