First off, the staff is amazing! They make you feel right at home, encourage you to push yourself, and help you reach your goals! The building is nice, spacious, and stocked with punching bags ready to handle your heat! Always ready to grab my gloves after work!

I absolutely love ILoveKickboxing! I was very skeptical at first because I have never followed through on a work out or at a gym. But from the moment that I stepped foot onto the mat, I fell in love!
