Every member of our team is a direct employee of our agency, not a contracted worker. We pay payroll taxes and workers’ compensation insurance which frees you from unnecessary liability. Our senior caregivers are thoroughly screened including background and reference checks, plus they continually receive ongoing training and supervision. All caregivers are CPR certified and receive dementia-specific training.
