Things were really tough on Walt after losing his wife and trying to continue the business with coordinating divers and answering phones which was quite a juggle. I worked for Walt for 11 years and have never cleaned your boat. I personally stand by my work as being a 100% quality and done with the upmost integrity (have not had a single complaint from any of my customers, all of which I personally clean) would like the opportunity to change your mind on this company. I do understand that as a new business owner I adopt all the past flaws, but Down Under Dive Service Inc will always stand tall and proud and make it through the thick and thin. I hope that you will reconsider and try out the new and improved experience.

I used down under to clean the hull of my 42' boat. I was setup to have the hull cleaned once a month. I just hauled the boat and found nickle and dime size barnacles all over my running gear pickups and the hull was nasty, but the waterline looked good. They dont answer phone calls and I was double billed on my credit card one month. I will never ever use them again!
